:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our IT department as a mid-level DevOps Engineer. Responsibilities:- • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning. • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, compliance, and cost-efficiency aligned with financial industry standards. • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate and automate workflows, improving deployment frequency and reliability. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of banking applications. • Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to standardize and version control environments. • Develop and maintain configuration management solutions using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to ensure consistency across environments. • Conduct security assessments and implement best practices to safeguard sensitive financial data and comply with regulatory requirements. • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of production issues. • Document processes, configurations, and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and compliance audits. • Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and technologies to continuously improve the banks IT infrastructure. Skill:- • CI/CD Pipeline Development • Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) • Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Scripting and Automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) • Monitoring and Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk) • Security Compliance and Risk Management • Incident Management and Troubleshooting • Version Control Systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) Preferred Qualifications:- • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles within the financial services or banking industry. • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are highly desirable. • Strong understanding of financial regulatory requirements and their impact on IT infrastructure and security. • Proven experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker. • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
