Job Title: Software Development Engineer We are seekinga talented and experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team.As a Java Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing,developing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions for our bankingapplications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality software products that meet the needs of our clients andcontribute to the success of our organization. Responsibilities : • Design,develop, and maintain Java-based applications for banking systems, includingfront-end and back-end components. • Collaboratewith product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understandrequirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Implementbest practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing,and continuous integration/deployment. • Optimizeapplication performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and security. • Troubleshootand debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical challenges. • Stay updatedon emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovativesolutions to enhance our products and processes. • Mentorjunior team members and contribute to a collaborative and supportive workenvironment. Requirements : • Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Provenexperience as a Java Full Stack Engineer, with expertise in Java/J2EE, SpringBoot, Angular/React/Vue.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. • Strongunderstanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, MVCarchitecture, and responsive design. • Experiencewith relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g.,MongoDB, Cassandra). • Familiaritywith Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines andcontainerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effectivecommunication and teamwork abilities. • Experiencein the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
