By connecting patients, clinicians, and healthcare data, AM&D helps transform healthcare delivery and expand access to quality care worldwide **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **DevOps Engineer** to spearhead the deployment, integration, and automation of microservices-based applications on Azure & AWS . This role plays a critical part in aligning development and operations teams, optimizing CI/CD processes, and enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, .NET technologies, containerization, and automation, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive DevOps excellence across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** using **Azure DevOps** and **GitHub Actions** for efficient and reliable delivery. - Ensure seamless **containerization** and deployment of services using **Docker** and **Kubernetes** in AWS . - Implement and manage **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** for consistent and scalable infrastructure provisioning. - Optimize performance and deployment strategies for **GraphQL APIs** within distributed architectures. - Collaborate with architects and development teams to **design scalable microservices** and deployment models. - Enforce **automated testing** strategies, leveraging tools like Selenium and other testing frameworks to ensure application quality. - Drive **monitoring and observability practices** , leveraging tools to track health, performance, and reliability of microservices in production. - Promote DevOps and **Agile/SAFe** best practices across teams, and support agile release trains (ARTs) with deployment readiness and automation. - Contribute to **incident response, postmortems, and continuous improvement** efforts for production environments. - Strong background in the deployment and operations of workloads using Amazon AWS products and services such as EC2, FSX, S3, EKS, RDS, serverless in a large multi-account organization. - Experience implementing best-practice guard rails, security, and general governance in a cloud-native environment. - Strong understanding of general TCP/IP-based networking and its relationship to cloud native technologies such as VPC, ELB’s, Route 53, TGW, GWLB, etc.… **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. - **Experience Level:** 5+ years in DevOps / Cloud / Automation roles - AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification preferred. Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer cert a plus! - Proven experience implementing **DevOps for microservices architectures** at scale. - Strong hands-on expertise in AWS & Azure cloud services and managing microservices applications on AWS EKS - Proficient in **ASP.NET, .NET Core** , and deployment practices for distributed systems. - In-depth knowledge of **GraphQL** API design and performance optimization. - Expertise in **Docker, Kubernetes** , and managing containerized workloads. - Experience with **Azure DevOps** , **GitHub** , and **GitHub Actions** for CI/CD, release pipelines, and automation workflows. - Familiar with **automated testing** methodologies and integration into CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of **SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)** or experience in scaling agile practices. - Experience with **monitoring and logging** tools for distributed systems (e.g., Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). - Experience implementing **blue-green** , **canary** , or **zero-downtime** deployment strategies. - Experience in configuring GitHub Advance Security(GHAS) tools and other security tools such as Blackduck, Fortify, CodeQL, Dependabot and Sonarqube and remediating the Vulnerabilities. - Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in cloud environments (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). **Soft Skills** - **Excellent communication** skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong **problem-solving** skills to troubleshoot issues in complex, distributed environments. - High **adaptability** to evolving technologies, tools, and project requirements. **In return, we offer you** a chance to serve a bigger purpose.
