Position Title : DH Mine Operations (Predictive) Location: Rawan Cement Works - IU - Township Location JB: 08 Designation: Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/General Manager. Skills • Operational Planning • People Management • System Implementation Qualification B.E (Mining) Experience In Years 15–18 Required Skills Operational Planning, People Management, System Implementation **Job Description of Position Incumbent** • Planning and coordination of entire mining operations, such that production/mining targets (from quality and quantity) of limestone are achieved to meet the requirement of the cement plant. Preparation of Mine Plan, knowledge of mining software. • Prepare plans for mine development as per long-term/short-term strategy of mine development such that the mine operations are cost effective and help the use of maximum reserves maintaining quality of limestone. • Plan, maintain and controlling operation and maintenance cost within the budgeted parameters. Working knowledge of SAP. • Review and coordinate for compliance of statutory requirements related to mine operations, e.g., safety standards, labor laws, blasting norms, explosives storage, mineral concession, state government regulations, environmental norms, etc. • Build and sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees by organizing various initiatives in the unit. • Ensure implementation of ISO/EMS/WCM/DuPont Safety systems in the department through involvement of people for improving plant performance and quality standards
