Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: IBU DD&T Digital Access Product Owner LEVEL: Manager REPORTING LINE: DD&T IBU Digital Access and Pricing Sen Lead ROLE OBJECTIVE • Own and drive the day‑to‑day delivery and evolution of Access insights and decision‑support products within the mAI Access ecosystem, acting as the Product Owner embedded in an India ICC delivery team. • The role is responsible for translating product strategy and roadmap direction set by the Digital Access Lead into clear backlogs, executable user stories and working software, with a primary focus on Insights Generator, One Stop Shop and mAI Assistant use cases for Access Strategy and Operations. • Acts as the voice of the user within the delivery team, ensuring solutions are built right, built fast and built to be adopted. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Own and manage the product backlog for assigned Access Insights and mAI Assistant capabilities. • Translate high‑level product vision and requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint priorities. • Work embedded within the India ICC delivery team, partnering closely with engineering, data, AI, UX and testing roles as well as external suppliers as needed. • Act as the primary interface between delivery teams and the Access & Strategy Digital Excellence Lead, ensuring alignment to roadmap, scope and outcomes. • Clarify functional requirements related to access insights, analytics, AI‑supported recommendations and workflow integration. • Continuously prioritise backlog items based on value, feasibility, dependencies and rollout needs. • Support sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, ensuring delivery stays focused on user value. • Validate delivered functionality against business needs and support UAT and release readiness. • Capture user feedback post‑release and feed insights into backlog refinement and future iterations.
