Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION:  IBU DD&T Digital Evidence & Value Demonstration Product Owner    LEVEL: Manager    REPORTING LINE: DD&T IBU Digital Access and Pricing Lead      ROLE OBJECTIVE   • Own the execution of digital and AI‑enabled products for literature review automation and value dossier automation, acting as Product Owner embedded within an India ICC delivery team.  • The role ensures scientific and evidence‑based requirements are translated into robust, compliant and usable automation capabilities that accelerate evidence generation and dossier development.  • Acts as the voice of the user within the delivery team, ensuring solutions are built right, built fast and built to be adopted.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES   • Own and maintain the product backlog for literature review and value dossier automation components.  • Translate evidence workflows into clear user stories covering search, extraction, synthesis and dossier assembly.  • Work embedded within the India ICC delivery team, partnering closely with engineering, data, AI, UX and testing roles as well as external suppliers as needed.  • Ensure traceability, transparency and auditability requirements are reflected in delivery.  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and release reviews.  • Validate outputs with evidence and access SMEs to ensure scientific credibility.  • Feed lessons learned and adoption feedback into backlog evolution.    DESIRED BEHAVIOUR  • Scientifically curious with attention to quality and detail.  • Structured and methodical, without becoming delivery‑blocking.  • Comfortable translating abstract scientific needs into concrete system behaviour.  • Collaborative and open to iteration with SMEs and engineers.  • Execution‑focused and biased towards delivery, while maintaining user and outcome focus.  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced agile environments, embracing iteration and feedback.  • Strong collaborator, bridging business and technical perspectives.  • Proactive in surfacing risks, dependencies and ambiguities early.  • <spa
