**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Identify new business opportunities through direct channel sales and field sales activities to meet targets. - Develop strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on health insurance products. - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. **Job Requirements :** - 0-5 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (health insurance preferred). - Strong understanding of health insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
