Direct channel - Field sales

Roles and Responsibilities : • Identify new business opportunities through direct channel sales and field sales activities to meet targets. • Develop strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on health insurance products. • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Job Requirements : • 0-5 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (health insurance preferred). • Strong understanding of health insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
