Role Summary A senior operations and transformation leader with 14+ years of experience across BPO, Finance & Accounting, managing large-scale global delivery teams of 1000+ FTEs. Responsible for endtoend multitower service delivery, digital transformation, commercial governance, and strategic client partnership. Key Requirements • 14+ years in BPO operations, Finance & Accounting services (Automotive domain added advantage) • 5+ years in senior leadership or directorlevel roles, leading large-scale global operations of 700+ FTEs. • Strong experience in multitower delivery, governance, contract negotiations and operational excellence. • Deep expertise in digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and ERP/platform modernization. SAP is preferred. • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in managing RFP's, RFQ's, budgets, revenue, and profitability. • Excellent executive-level stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills. • Available to work in UK hours from Kochi Conduent office. Key Responsibilities I. Strategic & Operational Leadership • Define and execute operational strategy for global, multitower delivery aligned with organizational and client priorities. • Oversee daytoday operations for 1000+ FTEs, ensuring performance stability, governance rigor, and seamless service delivery. • Drive resource planning, workforce optimization, and operating model alignment across global locations. • Act as senior escalation authority across operations, technology, HR, finance, and enabling functions. II. Digital Transformation & Process Excellence • Lead automation, AI, analytics, and ERP modernization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time. • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps and standardized global operating models. • Drive continuous improvement, process reengineering, and operational scalability across delivery centers. III. Financial Governance & Commercial Management • Own portfolio-level financial management including budgeting, forecasting, revenue assurance, and cost optimization. • Ensure commercial discipline, profitability targets, and contractual compliance. • Evaluate commercial models, contract modifications, and investment scenarios. IV. Client Leadership & Business Growth • Serve as executive-level partner to senior client stakeholders, presenting insights, performance narratives, and strategic recommendations. • Lead QBRs/MBRs, governance councils, escalations, and contract or performance discussions. • Support business development through solutioning, client presentations, and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities. V. Talent Leadership & Organizational Development • Provide leadership to 1000+ FTEs, driving capability building, succession planning, and talent development. • Foster a highperformance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Mentor senior managers and emerging leaders to strengthen organizational depth. Education • Master's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or related fields). • CPA, CA or MBA from premium institutes preferred for advanced strategic and financial responsibilities. • Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) are highly desirable.
