For more details with regard to our capabilities, visit us at www.indegene.com Role Summary The Director – Strategic Plan Execution & Sales Enablement will be responsible for driving the execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives while enabling commercial teams with insights, processes, tools, and governance to accelerate business growth. The role will closely partner with business leaders, sales, delivery, finance, and operations teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, track execution, remove roadblocks, and enhance sales effectiveness across geographies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Plan Execution - Drive execution of organizational strategic priorities and transformation initiatives across business units. - Translate leadership objectives into structured execution roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and governance mechanisms. - Monitor progress against strategic goals and provide periodic updates to executive leadership. - Identify execution risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between strategy and operational execution. - Establish PMO frameworks, review cadences, and performance dashboards to track business outcomes. Sales Enablement & Commercial Excellence - Partner with sales leadership to improve sales productivity, pipeline visibility, and revenue growth. - Develop and implement sales enablement programs, frameworks, and best practices across regions. - Drive sales planning, forecasting, territory optimization, account prioritization, and performance tracking. - Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve win rates and conversion. - Support development of sales playbooks, value propositions, and strategic account plans. - Enable adoption of CRM tools, reporting platforms, AI-driven sales insights, and commercial processes. Business Performance & Analytics - Develop executive dashboards and business reviews to monitor strategic and commercial performance. - Generate insights using data analytics to support decision-making and growth initiatives. - Conduct market, customer, competitor, and business performance assessments. - Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership. Stakeholder Management - Partner with executive leadership, business heads, delivery leaders, and commercial teams globally. - Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives. - Facilitate leadership reviews, governance meetings, and business planning workshops. Desired Candidate Profile - Strong ability to synthesize insights from disparate data sources and information, both internal and external, as well as structured and unstructured - High degree of comfort with detail orientation, as well as keeping the 'big picture' perspective - Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is self-starter, provides and drives practical ideas and actions for continuous improvements - Strong and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal - This is an individual contributor position, who works closely with leaders and team members across the organization. The candidate should be comfortable in being very hands-on with deliverables and prioritization Education - MBA from a reputed institute preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field. Experience - 12–18 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Sales Excellence, Commercial Operations, Consulting, PMO, or Corporate Strategy. - Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology Services, Digital Transformation, or Consulting organizations preferred. - Strong exposure to strategic planning, business transformation, and execution management. - Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional global teams.
