We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Divisional Customer Service Officer in Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility - Manage candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services. - Train and guide junior staff members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure customer service effectiveness.
