**Job Title:** Divisional Risk and Control Power Platform Analyst **Location:** Mumbai, India **Role Description** Divisional Control Office (DCO) is responsible for supporting the business by developing, implementing and maintaining a risk framework to ensure a strong and sustainable business control environment whilst minimizing risk arising from non-financial risk factors. Risk management includes supporting the creation, execution and monitoring of controls for different risk types, and helping maintain an environment that implements controls and reports their effectiveness through quantification. The candidate will work with senior team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and contribute to automation of control execution using the team's technology stack. **Your key responsibilities** - Work with control owners to understand their problem statement - Support the design and maintenance of efficient workflows on the Power Automate platform under guidance from senior team members - Write expressions to make the flows efficient - Work on SharePoint Lists or Dataverse, as applicable, and assist in handling, transforming and storing data in a structured and controlled manner - Create and update basic Power Apps interfaces and support integration with Power Automate workflows - Support day-to-day running, monitoring and issue tracking of systems designed for the control framework - Documentation of the whole environment created which can be used for audit and creation of EUDAs - Perform testing, reconciliation and basic troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions before release or handover. - Maintain trackers, logs and supporting evidence required for control monitoring, audit readiness and operational governance **Your skills and experience** - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Able to translate business problem statements into clear requirements and support solution design discussions - 0-2 years of experience or demonstrable hands-on exposure to Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps - PL-900 certification or willingness to complete relevant Power Platform certification is preferable; PL-100 or PL-200 exposure would be an added advantage - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good understanding of Excel, including formulas, PivotTables and basic Power Query; advanced Excel capability would be an added advantage - Basic understanding of HTML, SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau is highly desirable - Basic understanding of Investment Banking and Non-financial risk domain highly desirable - Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow documented processes and escalate issues in a timely manner. - Ability to work collaboratively with business, control and technology stakeholders while taking guidance from senior team members.
