Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to manage domestic procurement operations. The candidate should have 2 to 7 years of experience in purchase, strong vendor management skills, and fluency in Hindi and English to effectively coordinate with vendors across regions. Key Responsibilities : • Handle end-to-end domestic procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable domestic vendors and suppliers • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency • Create and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials • Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, production, and finance • Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of materials • Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, production, and finance • Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of materials • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain long-term vendor relationships • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures • Track market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives • Maintain proper documentation and procurement records Required Qualifications : • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field • 2-7 years of experience in domestic purchase/procurement • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems • Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in electronics / consumer durable industry (preferred) • Ability to manage a team • Experience in cost optimization and vendor developmentRole & responsibilities
