Job description

Roles and Responsibility • Validate patient data for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Review medical records and assign appropriate DRG codes. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify diagnosis or treatment details. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and guidelines. • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in coding data. • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance coding quality and efficiency. Job Requirements • Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding principles. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for coding analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with IT enabled services and BPO operations is an asset.
