**Roles and Responsibility** - Validate patient data for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Review medical records and assign appropriate DRG codes. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify diagnosis or treatment details. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and guidelines. - Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in coding data. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance coding quality and efficiency. **Job Requirements** - Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding principles. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for coding analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues. - Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with IT enabled services and BPO operations is an asset.
