It involves replacing worn-out components such as shocks, struts, and control arms to ensure vehicle stability and performance. The job requires expertise in wheel alignment, including precise caster, camber, and toe adjustments. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Accuracy in diagnosing issues using diagnostic tools - Number of successful diagnoses per month - Number of successful repairs and replacements - Quality of repairs based on customer feedback - Precision in alignment based on manufacturer specifications - Reduction in uneven tire wear and handling issues - Number of completed inspections per month - Effectiveness in identifying potential failures - Completion of scheduled maintenance tasks - Reduction in repeat repairs - Number of successful test drives without further issues - Customer satisfaction ratings **Desired Candidate Profile** - 1-6 years of experience as a Driver Trainer or similar role. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with trainees, colleagues, and management. - Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. - Proficiency in conducting test drives, diagnosing issues, repairing vehicles when necessary Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach to work. Exhibit strong leadership and team collaboration skills and have Managed high-value accounts, ideally with Govt. customers.
