**Role & responsibilities** Expert level technical experience on: - MS Dynamics 365 - Dynamics 365 OnPremise - Dynamics 365 Online - Customization and Configuration in Dynamics 365 - Web resource development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) - Dynamics 365 plugin development (C# .Net) - API REST - SQL Server Data Tools (SSIS, C# .Net) - SQL Server Data Tools (SSRS, FetchXml) - Power Platform - Power Apps, Customer Insight, Azure Service Bus Technical management experience on: - Dynamics 365 best practice implementation - Azure eco-system architecture knowledge - Technical standard definition and implementation - Technical conception and workload estimation - Coordination skills with different technical teams - Development quality guarantee - ToolChain implementation - Technical team training Delivery perspective minimal experience on: - Team management - Analysis and reporting skills - Load schedule and planning management - Incident management - Change management - Process implementation Scrum Agile experience on: - Deep understanding on Scrum Agile - Training skills - Ticketing tool: Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow - Adaptability Specific Qualifications: N/A Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities) Technical Skills: - MS Dynamics 365 Online and Onpremise - Customization, Configuration for MS Dynamics 365 - Plugin Development - SSIS / SSRS Integration - Power Apps and Power Platform Development **Preferred candidate profile**
