Job description

Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Relevant experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environments. • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance. • Experience managing multiple Dynamics 365 environments across development, test, UAT, and production. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solutions, managed and unmanaged customizations, and solution dependencies. • Experience with deployment tools such as: • Azure DevOps • Power Platform pipelines • PAC CLI • Solution Packager • Other approved ALM tools • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, service principals, application users, and role-based access control. • Understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations, APIs, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and external systems. • Experience with incident, change, problem, and release management processes. • Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
