Job description

• To do the modelling of HVAC systems as per Engineering team input • Basic Knowledge on HVAC systems • Knowledge on AutoCAD, MEP Revit • Coordination with Electrical, ELV / ICT, Fire Engineering, Fire Alarm systems, Public Health Engineering, Piping systems, Architecture & Structure • Preparation of ducting layouts, piping layouts, schematics with necessary annotations • Preparation of Chiller plant layouts, AHU room layouts • Coordinate with other stakeholders for the development of clash free model • Modelling of supports for Pipes, Ducts • Coordinate with modellers for the development of layouts and coordinate for clash free model • Knowledge on Revit families and assisting for the development of new Revit families • Ensuring the development of modelling considering the required maintenance space for all HVAC elements like Equipment, Dampers, Valves etc.,.
