Job Description for Education Counsellor - KRAs and KPIs **Category 1** - Financial **Objective name -** External Revenue **Objective Description -** The Order Entry and resulting Revenue generated through Candidate registrations for ILT and OLT and other modes of Training **Measure** - >= 40 Registrations per semester **Category 2 -** Quality & Customer **Objective name -** Customer Satisfaction **Objective Description -** Candidate feedback based on his / her Training Experience with Atos - Registration to Certification **Measure** - >= 3/5 or at least 70% referenceable candidates **Category 3 -** Efficiency & Process **Objective name -** Process Compliance **Objective Description -** Adherence to defined process **Measure** - Zero non-compliance during reviews and at least 2 constructive improvements **Category 3.1 -** Efficiency & Process **Objective name -** Process Improvements **Objective Description -** and improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness **Measure** - Proactively implement process improvements that improve efficiency and / or effectiveness by 500 basis points **Category 4 -** People **Objective name -** Training & Development **Objective Description -** Completion of Mandatory & Identified Training programs and Complete one SAP certification - Skills: 1. Graduate 2. 1 ~ 3 years of experience in career counselling - Responsibilities: 1. Understanding the Atos Training portfolio 2. Providing career guidance to prospects 3. Working closely with marketing to follow up on leads 4. Follow-up for fees 5. Help marketing activities by providing lead feedback - Other Points 1. Understanding about IT career and IT job market 2. Occasional Travel 3. Attending Education Seminars 4. Conducting Webinars/Seminars
