LNT/EE/1778455 - LTPO-L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions - Hazira Mfg Complex - Posted On 15 Jul 2026 - End Date 11 Jan 2027 - Required Experience5 - 7 years ## **Skills** #### **Knowledge & Posting Location** Safety (Environmental) Safety (Training) Safety Auditing Safety Committee EHS Environment #### **Minimum Qualification** Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS) ## **Job Description** - Conduct routine inspections of machines, material handling equipment, lifting tools & tackles, PPEs, and fall protection systems. - Monitor compliance with EHS legal and regulatory requirements at the operational level. - Identify workplace hazards and conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRAC). - Perform environmental aspects and impact analysis to ensure compliance with environmental standards. - Participate in toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs. - Assist in preparing and maintaining EHS documentation, reports, and statutory records. - Report incidents and support investigations using techniques like Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys. - Monitor EHS performance metrics such as incident rates, near misses, and training compliance. - Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Support implementation of emergency preparedness drills and fire safety measures.
