LNT/EE/1778455 • LTPO-L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions • Hazira Mfg Complex • Posted On 15 Jul 2026 • End Date 11 Jan 2027 • Required Experience5 - 7 years Skills Knowledge & Posting Location Safety (Environmental) Safety (Training) Safety Auditing Safety Committee EHS Environment Minimum Qualification Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS) Job Description • Conduct routine inspections of machines, material handling equipment, lifting tools & tackles, PPEs, and fall protection systems. • Monitor compliance with EHS legal and regulatory requirements at the operational level. • Identify workplace hazards and conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRAC). • Perform environmental aspects and impact analysis to ensure compliance with environmental standards. • Participate in toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs. • Assist in preparing and maintaining EHS documentation, reports, and statutory records. • Report incidents and support investigations using techniques like Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys. • Monitor EHS performance metrics such as incident rates, near misses, and training compliance. • Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols. • Support implementation of emergency preparedness drills and fire safety measures.
