**Role & responsibilities** - The resource will be responsible to ensure SLAs on tickets raised for EUS - Responsibilities are related to provide support, guidance and closely work with the Asset Management team - Manage of IT asset inventory, liaison with OEM/partner for delivery - Management of agreed warranties, AMC and maintain IT asset register, improve TAT on issuing NOC of exiting employee, - coordinate with branches on asset verification, - Manage licenses for end user apps like email, MDM - Manage Hardwar and Software inventory of IT asset - Expertise and exposure to manage the MDM (Mobile device management) , BYOD Device management , End point Kiosk MDM Deployment and Mobility - Expertise and domain knowledge of end user Tools , Platform and Technology Such as (AV , EDR , VC, Encryption , end point Backup , Security tool etc) - Expertise in Acquisition of IT asset, Asset Maintenance, Asset Administration, Asset End of Life activities, Financial Asset Management Administration, Asset Record and Data Loads, Quality Assurance, Delivery Excellence, Asset Tracking Administration - Responsible for All IT Asset management across all the branches - Expertise and domain knowledge of Asset management Tools , Platform and Technology Such as ( Asset tool, Helpdesk tool , CMDB and Inventory Management) - Monitoring of processes, data flows, and data repositories to ensure assets data elements are being collected, handled, stored, and reported accurately - Performance of timely asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository(ies) - Identifying possible asset discrepancies and managing discrepancy resolution process to closure - Deliver training session, demos, blueprints and provide necessary support to branch users - Individual contributor and active participant with problem solving skills - Liaison with internal teams such as Learning & Development, Products, Business, IT and operations in understanding the user knowledge issues and training end users **Preferred candidate profile** - BE/Diploma, in technical stream or related field in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree - 3-8 years of experience in IT industry with End user asset management - knowledge about MDM & EUA security policies - Maintain IT asset register, conversant with mobile Apps publishing via MDM/MAM - Participate with and assist in internal and external Asset audits - Strong technical skills on IT asset management - Excellent communication skill is a must - Domain knowledge in BFSI sector - Experience working on Asset management tools - Work experience on Incident Mgmt, CMDB and Asset tools
