• Execution of the project as per the standard specification with quality and safety. • Execution of job as per cost estimate. • Execute the job as per set productivity norms. • Follow up with clients from time to time for all the input requirements. • Timely submission of measurements to client for invoice • Timely submission of sub-contract measurements to accounts • Guide subordinate staff and develop for succession planning. Qualification, Experience And Skills Minimum Qualification and experience requirements for the position (not qualifications of the position holder) Minimum Qualifications Minimum years of experience B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering 5 years of experience in project execution of similar nature to a piling project, out of which he shall be a front-line engineer for a period of 3 years. Behavioral Skill Technical Skills Teamwork, effective communication, interpersonal skills, positive thinking, creativity, decision-making, empathy, time management, leadership skills, and high impact on influencing. • Experience in execution of jobs relating to foundation engineering. • Cost estimation of various works involved in the project. • Knowledge of labour laws and requirements. • Awareness of various productivity norms. • Codes and standards for various works in foundation engineering.
