Job Title: SailPoint Developer **Years of Experience:** 1-3 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and skilled SailPoint Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity Governance solutions and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining identity management processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our identity management capabilities. **Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Governance solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize SailPoint applications, including workflows, rules, and reports. - Perform system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of SailPoint solutions. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SailPoint applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications for future reference. - Stay updated on SailPoint best practices and industry trends to continuously improve our identity management processes. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Governance solutions. - Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting for SailPoint customizations. - Experience with identity management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification. - Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity repositories. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to SailPoint applications. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IIQ. - Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks related to identity management. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in identity management or related fields, with a focus on SailPoint. - Relevant certifications in SailPoint or identity management are a plus.
