****Job Description:**** ****Junior Technician**** **Role:** Junior Technician (Fitter / Electrician) **Department:** Engineering Maintenance (API) **Experience:** 01 Year (Fresher) **Qualification:** ITI (Fitter or Electrician) **Core Responsibilities** - **Preventive Maintenance:** Assist in servicing API equipment like **Reactors (GLR/SSR)** , Centrifuges, Dryers (RCVD/ANFD), and Pumps. - **Utility Operations:** Monitor boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems. - **Electrical/Mechanical Support:** **Fitters:** Gasket replacement, pump alignment, and mechanical seal checks. - **Electricians:** FLP (Flame-proof) motor checks, panel monitoring, and LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) implementation. - **Compliance:** Maintain daily logbooks and PM checklists strictly according to **cGMP standards** . - **Safety:** Work strictly under Work Permit systems in hazardous solvent areas. **Key Requirements** - **Technical:** Basic knowledge of hand tools and reading technical drawings/circuit diagrams. - **Safety:** Understanding of "Flame-proof" equipment and fire safety in chemical zones. - **Flexibility:** Ready to work in Rotational Shifts. - **Mindset:** Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
