Job description

Key Responsibilities • Perform Structural design and detailing for concrete structures. • Develop design reports and review drawings. • Coordinate with detailing and site teams. • Support design optimization for economy. • Assist in technical discussions with clients. KEY INTERACTIONS • Internal - To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables • External - To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support Knowledge & Experience Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred) Language Skills- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred) Experience Years of Experience - 10–15 years in structural design and coordination. Nature of Experience - Design & Design Coordination Skills Technical Skills Software - ETABS, STAAD.Pro. Design Codes- IS, AISC (preferred), Eurocodes(preferred). Leadership / Behavioral Skills Detail orientation Collaboration Time management
