Responsibilities Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Technical Program Manager to drive Design Services program(s)– covering the Component Engineering Team Product Owner role and driving overall POD (Product Oriented Delivery) Program success while driving Productivity workstreams – and to personally build the AI/workflow automation. The individual should be able to drive DS vision of fused, three-part profile: Build (Python/.NET, RPA, AI/LLM integration, API/MCP-first architecture); Product Owner mindset - outcome-driven backlog, Agile PI cadence, and Knowledge or awareness of component/material engineering domain depth ( ERP/PLM, data flows) so the automation is trustworthy at Design Services' quality bar. Key Responsibilities • Own the Product Owner role for the Component Engineering Team and drive overall POD (Product Oriented Delivery) success – running an outcome-driven backlog, Agile PI cadence, and SLA execution. • Personally build the AI/workflow automation behind the POD – Python/.NET development, RPA, and AI/LLM integration on an API/MCP-first architecture – rather than only specifying requirements for others to build. • Drive part-maintenance and lifecycle passthrough automation progressing E2E passthrough toward FY27 exit targets. • Carry Hoshin & Quality item ownership, tracking program health against OTD >95%, quality >99.8%, and CSS >9 commitments across a 100K+ part library spanning nine enterprise tools. • Support the M&A digital integration playbook – item setup, BOM scrub,– to protect integration timelines. • Apply knowledge of the component/material engineering domain – Part setup & CO, Lifecycle with ERP/PLM (Oracle, Agile PLM, Enovia, 3DX) and CAD data flows – to anchor the POD's automation so outputs are trustworthy at Design Services' quality bar. • Lead major, cross-functional projects spanning multiple enterprise tools and product lines, determining and developing approaches to complex, ambiguous assignments; serve as a go-to resource for the department manager. • Provide hands-on program leadership across the POD – setting direction, sequencing dependencies across peer workstreams, managing risk and escalation paths, and driving execution independently without day-to-day direction from the manager. • Work laterally with peer Product Owners, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers, exercising influence and ownership rather than waiting on top-down coordination. • Report POD program status, risk, and KPIs to senior leadership, and dvelop toward rebuilding the Product Owner / leadership bench. • Champion the Design Services vision of a fused, three-part profile – hands-on build, Product Owner mindset, and component/material engineering domain awareness – as the operating standard across the POD Qualifications equired Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a combined electronics and software profile – either (a) Electronics/ECE with strong coding and technology program leadership skills, or (b) Computer Science Engineering with a working understanding of electronics and component engineering. • 6–8+ years of relevant experience in engineering program/project management, product ownership, or component/materials engineering – including demonstrated ownership of a multi-workstream program end-to-end, consistent with Engineering Prog/Project Manager 4 (Senior) level. • Hands-on build capability in Python and/or .NET, with practical experience in RPA and AI/LLM integration on API/MCP-first architectures. • Demonstrated Product Owner and program leadership experience: outcome-driven backlog management, Agile PI cadence, cross-workstream dependency and risk management, and Hoshin-aligned (or comparable strategy-deployment) delivery. • Working knowledge of the component or material engineering domain – PSM, PLCM, ERP, and PLM systems (Oracle, Agile PLM, Enovia, 3DX) and CAD data flows. • Proven ability to lead major, cross-functional projects spanning multiple enterprise systems and to independently determine approaches to complex, structured assignments. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of being a go-to resource for department-level program execution. • Demonstrated leadership driving cross-functional automation programs across workflow and process – able to set direction and move work forward independently, working laterally with peers rather than relying on managerial escalation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to represent program status and risk to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications • Experience applying generative AI / LLM-based workflow automation in an engineering or manufacturing context. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or PMP certification is a plus. • Experience in electronic design, test & measurement, or semiconductor component supply chain with basic to high understanding of electronics components. • Track record of building automation tools that are later adopted broadly across a team or organization. Skills & Competencies Technical Build Capability Ships automation directly – Python/.NET, RPA, AI/LLM integra
