Enterprise Architect

Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to partner with the CTO in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology strategy. • The role will lead ERP modernization, application rationalization, architecture governance, cloud adoption, and business process standardization across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions. Required Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications, architecture, and transformation programs. • 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect, ERP Architect, or similar strategic architecture role. • Strong experience with Oracle technologies including: • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Experience in manufacturing environments and business processes. • Proven track record in ERP transformation, application rationalization, and governance. • Expertise in cloud architecture, SaaS platforms, integrations, data management, and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred). • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred • Experience with MES, PLM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations systems. • TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification. • Experience supporting CTO/CIO-led transformation initiatives.
