Enterprise Architect

Job description

- We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to partner with the CTO in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology strategy. - The role will lead ERP modernization, application rationalization, architecture governance, cloud adoption, and business process standardization across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions. **Required Qualifications** - 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications, architecture, and transformation programs. - 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect, ERP Architect, or similar strategic architecture role. - Strong experience with Oracle technologies including: - Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Experience in manufacturing environments and business processes. - Proven track record in ERP transformation, application rationalization, and governance. - Expertise in cloud architecture, SaaS platforms, integrations, data management, and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred). - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred** - Experience with MES, PLM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations systems. - TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification. - Experience supporting CTO/CIO-led transformation initiatives.
