Enterprise Architect **Years of Experience:** 14-18 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in the insurance sector, particularly in digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building end-to-end digital platforms, including customer web applications, mobile solutions, CRM systems (Salesforce), agency ePOS, and agent portals. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of modern architecture, including cloud-native microservices architecture, and be adept in agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex transformations while collaborating with management teams are essential. **Responsibilities** - Design and implement end-to-end digital platforms for insurance applications. - Lead the architectural design of cloud-native microservices for web, mobile, and API solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. - Facilitate agile architecture practices to enhance project delivery and adaptability. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management teams, to convey architectural vision and project status. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve the overall architecture and development practices. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and architecture. **Mandatory Skills** - Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture. - Strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in digital transformation projects. - Hands-on experience with building customer web applications, mobile solutions, and CRM systems (Salesforce). - Expertise in cloud-native microservices architecture. - Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with agency ePOS and agent portal development. - Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture or related disciplines are a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
