Enterprise Architect Years of Experience: 14-18 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in the insurance sector, particularly in digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building end-to-end digital platforms, including customer web applications, mobile solutions, CRM systems (Salesforce), agency ePOS, and agent portals. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of modern architecture, including cloud-native microservices architecture, and be adept in agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex transformations while collaborating with management teams are essential. Responsibilities • Design and implement end-to-end digital platforms for insurance applications. • Lead the architectural design of cloud-native microservices for web, mobile, and API solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. • Facilitate agile architecture practices to enhance project delivery and adaptability. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management teams, to convey architectural vision and project status. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve the overall architecture and development practices. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and architecture. Mandatory Skills • Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture. • Strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in digital transformation projects. • Hands-on experience with building customer web applications, mobile solutions, and CRM systems (Salesforce). • Expertise in cloud-native microservices architecture. • Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with agency ePOS and agent portal development. • Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects.
