Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to perform independently and become an SME. • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. • Document client issues and resolutions for future reference. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: • Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent) • Must to Have Skills (Minimum 4 should have from listed skills) : Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPE Silverpeak • Good to have Skills (Minimum 4 should have from listed skills) : Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD • Good to have knowledge on Skills (Minimum 3 should have from listed skills) : Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls • Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation • Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations. • Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network. (Mandatory) • Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. • Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management. • Hands-on Experience with network monitoring tools. • Must have Expert Certifications. Additional Information: • Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend • Excellent communication skills • A 15 years full time education is required.
