Job description

Staff having skill set in • Should have worked at residential (minimum 3 Years) • Able to read, detail and extract BOQ from drawings, prepare method statements. • Aware of formwork systems being used in Construction Industry • Has handled finishing works - Brickwork, plastering, water proofing, D&W, flooring, false flooring , false ceiling, etc. • Handling subcontractor, monitoring productivity and progress, sub contractor billing. • Preparing joint protocols, inspection and certification from client and timely quantity certification for invoicing • Aware of safety procedures and implementing in project site. • Execution of works as per FQAP and method statements. • Preparing 3 months, monthly, weekly & daily progress report and ensuring progress as per the report. • Coordination with all other departments for seamless execution
