**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales of life insurance products. - Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling bancassurance products to bank customers. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. **Job Requirements :** - 1-2 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance, or related field. - Strong understanding of life insurance products and services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
