Responsibilities - Written & verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal skills to manage team - Awareness on Hospitality standards - Good knowledge on Housekeeping - Awareness on Food and beverage - Awareness on ISO standards - Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance - EHS (environment, health, safety) - Awareness on BCMS and emergency handling/ Business continuity planning - Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits - Interfacing Coordinating with the pest control vendors for carrying out the pest control activities at the facility. - Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports - Interacting with Housekeeping vendor /s. - Follow up and close the tickets logged. - Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on time deliverables. system. - Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance standards measures are being maintained - Provide assistance to AFM in all administrative functions, security issues and Facility services. and any other administrative functions - Muster all the housekeeping staff of the shift before deployment and communicate the priorities of the day. Briefing & De-briefing - Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints - Oversee the pantry equipment and reprographic equipment operations during the shift and identify issues and take necessary actions - Communicate to the AFM on all incidents issues and pending problems - Co-ordinate with Space Managers - Soft services store and stocks to be maintained - Indent monthly requirements for Soft services - Involve in Vendor Staff Training & Development - Gym/Health club linen maintenance. - Vendor grooming and real time monitoring of services and periodic reviews and ensure adherence to SLA - Processing of vendor Invoices - Written & verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal skills to manage team - Awareness on Hospitality standards - Good knowledge on Housekeeping - Awareness on Food and beverage - Awareness on ISO standards - Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance - EHS (environment, health, safety) - Awareness on BCMS and emergency handling/ Business continuity planning - Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits
