We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Executive for our Home Goods marketplace, responsible for managing key accounts and merchants. Your role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships to drive business growth. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the brand catalogue and merchants, encompassing detailed specifications, measurements, materials, costing, and margins throughout the value chain. **Role Responsibilities** - Developing a deep understanding of the brand catalogue and merchants, including detailed specifications, measurements, materials used, costing, and margins across the value chain. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and merchants to drive business growth in the Home Goods Marketplace. - Acting as the custodian of the quality of listings on the website, ensuring adequacy and accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining visually appealing merchandising and ensuring required specifications are consistently met. - Gathering customer reviews and ratings, and promptly responding to QAs within specified timelines, coordinating with the Customer Service and Merchants Team. - Managing day-to-day listings operations, including uploading new listings, updating stock information, and enhancing attributes for improved visibility. - Collaborating with the Category Manager and Business Head to ensure listings are accurately placed on the website based on defined guidelines and strategies. - Implementing necessary catalogue-related actions to minimize returns and refunds, such as optimizing product descriptions, providing accurate specifications, and addressing customer concerns. - Maintaining catalogue hygiene metrics to improve conversions from lead funnel. **Desired Skills and Competencies** - Managing Key Accounts / Merchants in Home Goods Marketplace - Deep Understanding of the Brand Catalogue and Merchants, including but not limited to detailed specs, measurements, materials used, costing and margins across the value chain. - Be the custodian of the Quality of Listings on the Website for adequacy and accuracy. Ensure great visual merchandising of listings and required specs at all points in time. - Gather reviews and ratings and answer Q As within specified timelines in co-ordination with the CS and Merchants Team. - Run Day to Day Listings Operations Upload, Stock Updates, Attribute Enhancements etc. - Ensure listings are placed on the website as defined by the Brand Manager and Business Head. - Take catalogue related actions to reduce returns and refunds.
