Job description

Accreditations: NABH • Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation Audits & QI projects • Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments. • Provide feedback to departments. • Support and implement QI projects. • Closure of Non conformities. Quality Assurance • Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety. • RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action. Medical Policies and Standards • Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits. Clinical indicators and Performance indicator • To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators. • To support the development, periodic review and improvement of NABH performance indicators. People Orientation • To demonstrate professional & courteous behavior to patient & co-workers. Cost & Revenue • To operate within budget cost. Discipline • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
