The company views logistics as critical infrastructure that drives growth and keeps commerce moving at “Shadowfax speed” across India. **Role Description** The Associate role at Shadowfax in Etah is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting daily logistics and operations activities. The Associate will help coordinate shipment processing, monitor delivery status, and ensure accurate documentation and data entry in internal systems. This role includes collaborating with delivery partners and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain service quality, and meet timelines and performance targets. The Associate will follow standard operating procedures, support inventory or hub management as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of local operations. The position requires a strong focus on reliability, efficiency, and customer-centric execution in a fast-paced environment. **Qualifications** - Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage daily logistics tasks, documentation, and process adherence. - Basic data handling and computer proficiency (e.g., using spreadsheets, logistics or ERP tools, and mobile applications) to track and update shipment information. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with delivery partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders. - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to identify issues, escalate when necessary, and maintain service quality and accuracy. - Ability to work on-site in Etah in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to manage peak volumes and changing operational demands. - Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or operations support is beneficial but not mandatory. - Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree or relevant vocational training in logistics or business is an advantage.
