The role involves leading a team of female operators, coordinating workflow, and resolving operational issues. Handling Female team members IR issues. **Required Qualifications** Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering. 4 8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, assembly line operations. Prior supervisory / team handling experience preferred. **Key Skills** Strong leadership and team management skills Good understanding of automotive assembly processes Problem-solving and decision-making ability Knowledge of safety standards and quality systems Effective communication and coordination Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools) **Work Environment** Manufacturing plant / factory floor Rotational in shifts required. Requires standing for long hours and active supervision **Key Responsibilities** **Production & Operations** Supervise day-to-day activities of the car assembly line. Ensure production targets (quantity, quality, timelines) are achieved. Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. **Team Management** Lead, motivate, and manage a team of assembly line operators. Assign tasks based on skill levels and production needs. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback. Promote teamwork, discipline, and a safe working culture. Take feedback from all team members & solve accordingly. **Safety & Compliance** Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance. Conduct regular safety checks. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. **Quality Assurance** Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards. Monitor adherence to WIS (Work Instruction Standard). Address defects and coordinate with quality teams for corrective actions. **Reporting & Documentation** Maintain daily production and performance reports. Track KPIs such as output, efficiency, rejection rate, and downtime. Report issues and improvement suggestions to management. **Continuous Improvement** Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
