Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain unit economics models for assigned products and services, ensuring revenue and cost inputs are accurate, traceable and aligned with Product, Network, Service and Digital teams. Identify key cost drivers, profitability levers and commercial sensitivities, and present periodic financial insights covering trends, variances, risks and strategic implications. Conduct deep-dive analysis on internal and third-party cost structures, pricing efficiency and product margins to generate actionable recommendations for cost optimisation, product profitability and revenue improvement. Translate analysis into clear leadership-ready insight packs, summarising risks, trends, opportunities and recommended actions for product and commercial reviews. Understand legacy pricing tools and One Business Pricing platforms, leading the journey to integrate cost inputs into pricing tools for standardised, transparent cost and margin calculations. Map end-to-end cost flows across third-party, Product, Service, Networks and Digital value chains; standardise cost attribution logic and implement validations, checks and controls for cost accuracy, allocation and completeness. Preferred candidate profile Strong finance capability with experience in one or more of: Business Finance / Finance Business Partnering, FP&A and performance management, Commercial Finance, Product P&L, start-up or growth-stage finance, pricing, costing, Taxation, Treasury or Corporate Finance. Strong grounding in financial analysis, modelling and commercial understanding, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders. Self-starter with strong ownership, comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring unstructured problems and driving outcomes end-to-end in complex stakeholder environments. Proven ability to influence without authority, build trust across Product, Networks, Service, Digital and Finance, and align diverse teams around commercial outcomes. CA / CMA / MBA preferred, ideally from a reputed or top-tier business school.
