Finance Manager

Job description

Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations Ensure accurate month-end and year-end account closures Finalize annual financial statements, schedules, and disclosures Lead accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, and fixed asset functions Liaise directly with internal and external auditors Review vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments Oversee payroll cost review Manage escalations across finance and accounts functions Drive implementation of finance processes and controls Experience with Order to Cash (billing, collections, revenue booking) Experience with intercompany accounting and fund transfers Ensure statutory compliance (Direct & Indirect Tax, RBI filings) Manage company cash flow and banking relationships Exposure to ERP/accounting systems and strong MS Office skills Key Requirements: CA (preferred) with relevant PQE Strong people management / leadership experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
