It provides centralized reporting and answers data-related questions using documentation, training, and dashboards. The Business Intelligence Team delivers standardized reporting, ad hoc analytics, and centralized dashboards to address business needs and provide insightful analytics. **Partner with the best** As a Finance Systems Analyst II, collaborate globally to define, develop, test, implement, and deploy Tableau visualizations in production. Implement metrics from Business Finance, Sales, and COE teams within COE data sources and dashboards. Maintain and update the COE folder in A360 labs and production per COE data governance policies. As a Finance Systems Analyst II, you will be responsible for: - Creating interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. - Collaborating with data analysts and business stakeholders to identify and define requirements for effective data visualizations. - Communicating data-driven insights and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams. - Optimizing Tableau solutions for performance, scalability, and data accuracy while diagnosing and resolving issues with data, dashboards, or reports. - Ensuring data security, compliance with governance policies, while maintaining and enhancing Tableau dashboards and reports effectively. - Creating technical designs, test cases, and user guides while developing workbooks and hyper extracts using Tableau Desktop. - Scheduling extracts in A360-labs, monitoring extract schedules, and running unit tests in A360-labs and development environments. - Addressing performance or data issues with workbooks and data sources, staying updated on Tableau features, and conducting user training and support. **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: - Demonstrate extensive experience, including 6 + years of overall expertise and 5 years of advanced Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server expertise. - Demonstrate expertise in database concepts with extensive practical experience using SQL effectively. - Demonstrate expertise in applying data visualization practices effectively and efficiently across various contexts and applications. - Demonstrate expertise in data analysis, modeling, and ETL processes to enhance project outcomes effectively and efficiently. - Demonstrate expertise with data warehouse and integration tools. - Demonstrate expertise with Tableau Cloud and Tableau Next to enhance data visualization and analytics capabilities effectively.
