Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Controllership (Global Fixed Asset Accounting). The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in global fixed asset processes within an F&A shared service or captive unit of a reputed multinational organization. Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end fixed asset accounting activities across multiple geographies with strong command over core accounting principles. 2. Ensure completeness and accuracy of the fixed assets subledger, including timely capitalization, disposals/retirements, and monthly close processes (journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments). 3. Oversee accurate tracking of existing assets and drive periodic physical verification processes to maintain asset register accuracy. 4. Ensure all fixed asset schedules are compliant with relevant accounting frameworks. 5. Execute monthly close tasks including accrual postings, amortization runs, and related reconciliations. 6. Communicate effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and global stakeholders. 7. Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and balance sheet movements. 8. Create insightful MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management review. 9. Ensure adherence to SOX, internal audit, and statutory audit requirements. 10. Possess a sound understanding of Indian taxation and related compliance requirements. 11. Strong functional knowledge of Fusion ERP (Recommended). Qualifications: Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA/CMA or MBA (Finance)
