Coforge also demonstrates a commitment to sustainability and community impact, including operating its Greater Noida HQ on 100% green energy and supporting public libraries for inclusive access to knowledge. **Role Description** The R2R Executive (Record to Report) will support end-to-end general ledger and financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. In this full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, the R2R Executive will perform journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments; analyze variances; and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, supporting audits with proper documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records in ERP or financial systems. The R2R Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and FP&A to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support internal controls. The position also involves responding to queries from internal stakeholders, adhering to compliance requirements, and contributing to continuous process improvement and standardization initiatives within the finance function. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in core accounting and finance, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and understanding of R2R processes. - Proficiency with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and good MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and basic audit requirements, with attention to accuracy and compliance. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and resolve issues in a structured, timely manner. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet closing deadlines, and manage high-volume, time-sensitive work with strong organizational skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage. - Prior experience in R2R, GL accounting, or shared services/IT services finance
