Job description

Role & responsibilities • Exposure in equipment like Piling Rig, Batching Plant, Concrete equipment, Generators, Tunnel Boring Machine, Rolling stock, Grouting Equipment, Gantry Cranes, Heavy Capacity Cranes etc. • Good knowledge and hands on experience about Preventive and Predictive Maintenance & repairs/overhauling. • Maintenance & Repairs of equipment like Piling Rig, Batching Plant, Concrete equipment, Generators, Tunnel Boring Machine, Rolling stock, Grouting Equipment, Gantry Cranes and Heavy Capacity Cranes etc. Should ensure the availability of equipment as per project requirement. • Coordinate with Procurement dept. for maintaining minimum stock of maintenance spares. • To ensure the compliance with respect to ISO 9001, ISO 140001 and ISO 45001 standards. • Maintain and up keep the record like log sheet, maintenance schedule, statutory requirement etc. as per SOP. • To conduct the training for technician and P & M staff for safe operation of equipment. • Good knowledge about MS office. Experience in ERP/SAP would be added advantage. • Good communication skill Essential Qualification: BE / B.Tech. Engineering (Mechanical) Experience: 5-15 Years Industry Preference: Underground Metro Project. Similar companies in Heavy Civil Infrastructure work.
