Who we're looking for: An FMCG sales professional with strong hands-on experience in field sales, particularly distributor management, general trade (GT) execution, and territory operations. We are less concerned about the exact number of years of experience and more focused on your depth of sales expertise, ability to simplify real-world sales problems, and ability to coach and develop others. Why you should apply: You will: • Help create the next generation of FMCG sales professionals in India by shaping how they learn, think, and approach real-world sales. • Influence how FMCG sales is taught and practiced across hundreds of aspiring sales professionals. • Bring your experience from real field sales environments into a learning environment that spans different categories, markets, and learner profiles. • Work closely with Kraftshala's Sales Centre of Excellence and experienced sales professionals. • Help shape practical frameworks, case studies, and projects that prepare students for real-world FMCG sales roles. About Us: Kraftshala is India's largest skilling institution in terms of marketing placements, with a 94% placement rate overall and a 100% placement rate in our sales programs, and we are gunning to become the world's largest career launchpad, across domains. We're backed by a number of eminent investors including ex-unicorn startup founders and CXOs of global giants like RedBus, NoBroker, Nestlé, and Performics. The Detailed Version Kraftshala runs the PGP in AI-led Sales, Marketing & Business program, a 100% live, job-linked program designed to prepare candidates for real-world sales, marketing, and business roles. Our curriculum continuously evolves based on recruiter feedback, placement outcomes, and changing industry expectations. As an FMCG Sales Trainer, your responsibility will be to bring current industry thinking and hands-on FMCG sales experience into the classroom, while helping us continuously improve how FMCG sales is taught and practiced. This includes: • Training: Delivering regular live sessions to small and large groups across FMCG sales topics, using practical examples and real-world sales scenarios to make concepts actionable. This could include distributor and channel management, general trade execution, route-to-market strategy, trade promotions and visibility, sales planning, and execution discipline. • Developing Sales Content & Frameworks: Combining your FMCG sales experience with industry insights to create simple, practical frameworks, case studies, simulations, and learning material for aspiring FMCG sales professionals. • Coaching & Feedback: Reviewing student projects, assignments, and assessments while providing crisp, actionable feedback that helps students improve their sales thinking and execution. • Practical Learning: Bringing examples from real field sales situations — including distributor management, GT execution, territory planning, channel management, and on-ground problem-solving — to help students understand how FMCG sales actually works beyond theory. • Upgrading Training Design: Working with Kraftshala's academic team to improve projects, assessments, and learning experiences based on what works in real-world FMCG sales environments. Must Haves • 3-6 years of FMCG sales experience, with hands-on exposure to field sales and a strong understanding of distributor management, general trade execution, and territory operations. (We're not fussed about the exact years of experience, as that's just a proxy for your skill level.) • Strong understanding of FMCG sales techniques, strategies, and industry best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • A structured and user-centric approach to problem-solving. • Ability to see the big picture as well as the easy-to-miss details. • High levels of learning agility and adaptability to constantly evolve the program to the market requirements Engagement: Part-time Location: Gurugram, Hybrid Live sessions and mentoring
