Job description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: For AIP technology absorption, STW & FATs operations of AIP-EM Areas Of Exposure/ Work Background Project Management, Execution & Technical Knowledge about Marine Systems / Chemical Plant operations & trouble shooting; Electrical power and control panels, cable routing and connectorisation process, Instruments etc. Primary JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Absorbing AIP technology as part of TOT from NMRL. Getting associated during AIP STW & FATs operations of AIP-EM Secondary To understand, innovate and Implement ideas for improvement/Plant operation. Problem solving during Plant operations Understands design philosophy of Power & control panels, Junction boxes, Heater, instruments Should be well acquainted with Electrical Drawing study & process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) knowledge on standards / norms on electrical equipment installation, cable routing, connectorisation process, instrumentation, control system & operations. Knowledge of Process Plant Control and understanding of control philosophy Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations Communication & Coordination with customer for project related activities Co-ordination with design, purchase, QC & shop for project activities Effective interface with Customer, Development Partners & suppliers Hands-on in ERP LN, PLM, MS Project BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Good Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, To be able to handle Defence customers, Problem Solving & Creativity
