About You And This Role Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Stack SAP Developer based in Navi Mumbai, India . In this role, you will design and develop applications using ABAP, RAP programming model, and SAP UI5/Fiori. You will also work on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions while ensuring compliance with S/4HANA Clean Core principles. Experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments is required. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP (OOP), RAP model, and SAP UI5/Fiori for enhanced user experience. • Build and maintain side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP and in-app extensions within S/4HANA, following Clean Core principles and ensuring a fit-to-standard approach before custom development. • Develop and maintain WRICEF objects, including Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms) in ECC and S/4HANA environments using latest syntax and guidelines. • Integrate SAP systems using OData services, CDS Views, and APIs for seamless connectivity. • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, architecture, design, prototyping, development, testing, and post go-live support. • Work closely with functional teams (STP, Planning, EHS, PP, RR, OTC etc.) and business users to gather requirements and translate them into optimal technical designs aligned with Development standards. • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely fixes to ensure system stability; support testing activities, defect resolution, and migration tasks. • Develop project estimates for custom development requests and ensure adherence to company development standards and guidelines. • Identify and resolve performance issues and coding defects promptly; apply strong debugging skills to resolve complex technical problems. • Collaborate with global development teams, functional partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP development experience. • Strong expertise in ABAP (latest syntax), RAP programming, and object-oriented concepts. • Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development and SAP BTP. • SAP certifications (ABAP, Fiori, BTP) are a plus.
