**Full Stack Architect(.NET + React)** **Experience: 9-12 Years** **Location: Bangalore/ Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai/ Gurgaon/ Kolkata** **Position Overview** As an L4 Senior Full Stack Engineer, you are a hands-on technical powerhouse responsible for driving end-to-end feature delivery. You will design, build, and scale complex applications using .NET for the backend and React for the frontend. You are expected to take ownership of architecture decisions, mentor mid-level engineers, and champion DevOps and cloud best practices. **Key Responsibilities** **End-to-End Development:** Design and develop scalable microservices using .NET Core (C#) and intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js. **System Architecture:** Lead technical design discussions. Ensure the architecture supports high availability, scalability, and security across the full stack. **Cloud Infrastructure (Must-Have):** Deploy, scale, and manage applications natively on Azure or GCP. **Code Quality & Mentorship:** Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce test-driven development (TDD), and mentor junior/mid-level engineers on best practices. **Technical Requirements** **8+ years** of full-cycle software development experience. **[MUST HAVE]** Proven, hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in GCP or Azure cloud environments. **Expert-level proficiency** in C# / .NET Core / .NET 8+ and building RESTful/GraphQL APIs. **Deep experience** with React.js (TypeScript), state management (Redux/Zustand), and modern frontend build tools. **Proven experience** designing and operating Microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus). **Hands-on experience** with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). **Advanced knowledge** of both relational (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (CosmosDB/MongoDB) databases.
