**Full Stack Architect (Python + React)** **Experience:** 10+ years **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Role Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled **Full Stack Architect** with deep expertise in **Python (backend)** and **React (frontend)** to design, build, and scale modern web applications. You will be responsible for defining architecture, guiding development teams, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of applications. **Key Responsibilities** **Architecture & Design** - Design scalable, high-performance, and secure full-stack architecture. - Define best practices for backend (Python) and frontend (React). - Lead architectural discussions and decisions across teams. - Create system design documents, API standards, and design patterns. **Backend Development (Python)** - Develop and maintain backend services using frameworks like **Django, Flask, or FastAPI**. - Design RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. - Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data handling. - Ensure security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data protection. **Frontend Development (React)** - Architect and develop modern UI using **React, Redux, or equivalent**. - Ensure responsive, high-performance UI/UX. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries. **Cloud & DevOps** - Design cloud-native applications on **AWS / Azure / GCP**. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Work with Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. **Leadership & Mentorship** - Guide development teams and conduct code reviews. - Mentor engineers and enforce coding standards. - Collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders. **Required Skills** **Technical Skills** - Strong expertise in **Python** (Django, Flask, FastAPI). - Strong experience with **React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript**. - Experience with **REST APIs, GraphQL** (optional but preferred). - Knowledge of **microservices architecture**. - Proficiency in databases: - SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL - NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis - Experience with **message queues** (Kafka, RabbitMQ). **Cloud & Tools** - Hands-on experience with **AWS / Azure / GCP** - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) - Docker, Kubernetes **Other Skills** - Strong problem-solving and system design skills. - Performance tuning and scalability expertise. - Knowledge of security best practices. **Good to Have** - Experience with **AI/ML integration** in applications. - Exposure to **serverless architectures**. - Experience in **large-scale distributed systems**. - Knowledge of **Next.js** or modern frontend frameworks.**Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile**
