It formally started its operations in March 2012. In January, 2013 the Company was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited Company. In March 2017, the name of the Company was changed to AAVAS FINANCIERS LIMITED" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation (COI) dated 29th March 2017. In October 2018, the Company got listed on BSE and NSE. AAVAS is engaged in the business of providing housing loans, primarily, in the un-served and un-reached markets which include the States of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Currently, we are operating in 15 states/union territories with a total of 438 branches. 1 Full Stack developer Location: Bangalore: Bangalore Job Description: REST API DEVELOPER Responsibilities: - Design and develop RESTful APIs with clean endpoints and business logic - Integrate APIs with databases, authentication, authorization and external services. - Optimize performance, handle errors, and ensure secure, scalable deployment - Write unit and integration tests using Python testing frameworks such as pytest/unittest. - Create and maintain API documentation using Swagger and support API testing with Postman. SKILLS: - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL (or similar languages) - Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs with frameworks – FastAPI, Flask. - Good understanding of data processing, backend systems, and API integration. - Experience with SQL databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures. - Good understanding on Angular/React frameworks - Familiarity with linux Instances and Nginx Must Have: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in developing RESTful web services. - Strong understanding of OOPs concepts with knowledge of SOLID design principles. - Hands-on experience in API documentation and testing using Swagger (OpenAPI) and Postman. Good to Have: - Experience in working on Business Rule Engines. - Experience with DS2 (SAS). - Experience with deployment on SAS Viya
