Location: Delhi NCR/Bangalore Detailed Responsibilities Conceptualize, Plan & Execute various digital initiatives to engage with existing savings account holders & High Networth Banking Clients. Build & Execute different cohorts for client engagement models/programs for various customer segments within the overall client base. Drive hooks attachments and drive transactions across wider client base. Create various performance & productivity dashboards to monitor overall business growth. Manage & Lead annual business targets assigned for digital business unit. Work with various internal stakeholders including Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, BIU, Product & various third party vendors & partners. Design & Execute both direct to consumer & direct to employee marketing / portfolio engagement campaigns. Create various documents & manuals for internal approvals & record keeping. Job Summary Individual role responsible for delivering Business growth by working on D2C & B2B digital models. Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Lead & manage various end to end key digital projects. Track & achieve of allocated goal sheet targets and performance benchmarks as per units business objectives Understand various digital initiatives & practices being used/adapted across financial service industry. Monitor operational compliances & maintain business MIS thereof
