Role & responsibilities Focus to become a master of 5 key deliverables: 1. Quality Hiring 2. Training FLs by being an expert of core products of the Bank and enabling training of all team members 3. Mentoring/Grooming FLs in their respective roles & create successful vintage 4. Manage the performance of the region as per allocated budgets 5. Manage reputational, compliance, ops risk at all times Preferred candidate profile Provide leadership and oversight to a team of FLs, ensuring alignment with business and performance objectives. • Accelerate branchlevel business growth across Retail Liabilities, thirdparty products, and cross sell retail loan offerings. • Maintain a healthy and compliant portfolio through proactive monitoring and recovery of irregular and NPA accounts. • Develop and mentor team members to drive capability building and sustained achievement of targets. • Strengthen client relationships by delivering consistent engagement and valuedriven solutions.
