**Role : Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant** **Exp : 5 to 12Yrs** **Location:** **Pan India (LTM Offices)** - Fusion HCM Techno Functional with **Compensation** - 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion **Compensation** and Talent application - Good techno functional knowledge of recruiting process in **Compensation** - Expert in Oracle Fusion technology stack including Oracle Cloud HCM Approval workflows Oracle HCM BI Publisher OTBI reports HCM Data loader HCM security framework Fast Formula HCM Extracts - Develop and modify reports interfaces extensions and workflows to enhance functionality - Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems - Provide ongoing technical support to clients - Troubleshoot and resolve issues - Perform regular maintenance and updates - Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM applications - Prepare technical documentation user manuals and system guides
