Role : Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant Exp : 5 to 12Yrs Location: Pan India (LTM Offices) • Fusion HCM Techno Functional with Compensation • 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Talent application • Good techno functional knowledge of recruiting process in Compensation • Expert in Oracle Fusion technology stack including Oracle Cloud HCM Approval workflows Oracle HCM BI Publisher OTBI reports HCM Data loader HCM security framework Fast Formula HCM Extracts • Develop and modify reports interfaces extensions and workflows to enhance functionality • Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems • Provide ongoing technical support to clients • Troubleshoot and resolve issues • Perform regular maintenance and updates • Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM applications • Prepare technical documentation user manuals and system guides
